I've learned their presence in life reveals who we are how alike or different we are. We make our biggest mistakes with family based on our expectations. Something that is supposed to be so natural and easy is very difficult to experience at times. Good ole love and acceptance is what we desire and expect and of course constructive criticism if it is going to make us better people. Today, for many family situations, we have to face envy and painful judgment.

To be embraced by someone is such a wonderful, natural, beautiful and healing experience that we are denied due to people having their priorities out of order. Your disappointment in your family is very healthy from the standpoint you are not fulling your self. You can always love and accept them but that does not mean you owe them anything from your efforts. Their love for you should not be based on status. They should know your heart and soul and nurture this presentation of you not what your worldly gains can bring. Count it a blessing to know you know where you stand with your family and wish them well and let the God they serve give them what they deserve.

Sometimes when you are destined for great things, God has a way of separating you from those who do not have your best interest at heart. Always love as you are created to love but know God tells us to not give our pearls to swines. Know that you are blessed to know the hearts of those you may give too much to. Love them but let God bless them beyond the love they give you. In other words never deceive yourself once you see truth.
