Exposing the Life-Threatening Dangers of Assumption

“Understanding the Destructive Power of Assumption and How to Control It”

I HAVE BEEN IMMERSED in work on my new book “Love In The Darkness”, which is an aggressive account of my life and all the struggles I have overcome, from a family of physical abuse and drugs to adoption into a new family in ministry. Unfortunately, the challenges and trials in my young life did not end there. Continually searching for my station in life, I ended up in places that I did not belong and did things that were a far cry from my new upbringing and moral standards. It is a unique story which will evoke both tears of sadness and tears of joy.

Assumption Exposed
While working on the book, I encountered one of the worst breakups I had ever experienced. Once we began communicating again, we came to the conclusion we both assumed too much about each other. We still had much to discuss, but in short time, we reestablished our relationship, and now it is exponentially more rewarding.

Patterns from the Past

While assumption was fresh in my mind, I saw a major pattern in all the problems I had faced throughout my life. Almost every issue involved someone making assumptions; most of the time, it was me. I dug deeper into the subject, and it simply ignited in my heart as I started to see how destructive assumption could become. It is my sincere desire to share my experiences and knowledge in this area, open people’s eyes to see such a stealthy enemy in our everyday lives and to be able to tackle it to the ground, never to devastate us again.

Message of Assumption

We constantly look for solutions to fix our problems, be better with our finances and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. If you take a hold of this message about assumption, every area of your life will dramatically change for the better. I continually aspire to tackle the most uncommon areas we most neglect, so you may amplify your efforts in the aspects of your life you desire to develop the most.

My purpose for this book is purely to help you observe assumption in a clearer way. It has many incarnations, which we’ll cover, and you may interpret ideas differently than I or someone else. My objective is for you to understand some of the elements that make it so dangerous; I want to aid you to become more keenly aware of it when assumption insinuates itself in your life and offer ways to handle it, suggesting some fundamental things you can do to overcome this hazardous hindrance known as assumption.

I trust this information will inspire anyone. I have learned many lessons and pray you will learn from them as well. I believe this is a great topic for teenagers; it will help prepare them for the future ahead. If my insight allows one person to live and enjoy a better life, it is well worth all I have gone through to get this information to you.

Already this subject matter intrigues me to want to know more. Assumptions as well as Expectations are one of the many human behaviors that I marvel at with less understanding than I would like to.

Thank you for this enlightening contribution.

I look forward to reading it.

I am enlightened from reading. So often we know so much we overlook the little things that would give us a different angle or perspective on ourselves and our situation. In this moment I have found flaws in my process because its filled with assumptions and I Thank you for posting. I will get a copy of your book. Much respect for the journey it took to find such revelations. Thanks again.
